Australia visa charges increased as of 1st July 2023.

If you are planning to make a student visa application to Australia, please take note of the following changes made by The Australian Government:

As of the 1st of July, 2023, the student visa charges went up by 6% and an additional 15% for select temporary visa subclasses

The current charges for Student and Visit visas are:

Student Visa: AUD 710 (was AUD 650)

Visit Visa: AUD 190 (was AUD 150)

The select visitor and temporary visa subclasses include:

In addition to this, there are also medical examination changes that took effect as of 1st July 2023.

The Australian Government withdrew urine tests as part of the medical examination. A blood test will be undertaken instead. Applicants aged 15 years and above that didn’t complete their medical examination before 1st July 2023 will be required to take a blood test.
